Henkel’s newest surface mount adhesives, Loctite 3629 Chipbonder^© adhesive, includes lead-free capabilities with low temperature cure energy savings benefits.  Lower cure temperatures offer a more environmentally friendly process with the added benefit of lower cost production processes.  Loctite^© 3629 Chipbonder^© adhesive is now available for high-speed dispensing processes and is ideal for use with heat sensitive components such as LED displays.
